Tell Tale Games have announced a retail version of their hit episodic game The Wolf Among Us.

Announced today via their twitter feed, Tell Tale stated that the game would be coming to Playstation 3 and 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

Although these versions of the game have been announced, there is no word on a release date. The Wolf Among Us follows the Big Bad Wolf, known as Bigby Wolf when in human form, as he investigates murders which have been occurring in the Fables community.

Back in May, Polygon reported that American retailers Gamestop and Best Buy had the game listed with the price of $29.99, or roughly £17.50. Gamestop had the release of the game as 31st of December, but this would have likely been a placeholder. However Best Buy had the game release listed as August 26th, although nothing was official was mentioned by Tell Tale back in May or today.

Episode 5 ‘Cry Wolf’ was released on Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and iOS this month to rave reviews. Episodes 1-4 are also available now for the same platforms.
