It was announced today at Gamescom that the popular zombie survival Day-Z will be coming to the Playstation 4.
The creator of Day-Z, Dean Hall, was introduced on the Sony stage today during their press briefing to announce that a Playstation version of the game would be coming to the console. However, little else was said about the game with no mention of a release date or how much it would cost gamers to buy.
Interestingly there was no mention by anyone that Day-Z would be exclusive to Playstation 4 which could indicate that it may become available for the Xbox One at some stage in the future.
A console version has been talked about for a while now with Hall stating that he had talked with Microsoft about bringing the PC game to the Xbox One but he had yet to speak to Sony about bringing it to the Playstation, which has obviously changed with today’s announcement.
Gamescom is taking place in Cologne, Germany and runs from 13th-17th August.
Spot on with this write-up, I absolutely feel this web site needs a great
