It was announced today in way of an amusing little trailer that TT Games and Universal are making LEGO Jurassic World

Due out in the summer of this year, around the same time as the movie hits theatres, the game will take a similar vain as the previous LEGO titles which are always infused with humour as well as fun gameplay. Although the title is Jurassic World, the game will include all the Jurassic films which have been released to date; Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, and Jurassic 3.

Tom Stone, Managing Director at TT Games, had this to say of the announcement:

“As ardent fans of Universal’s Jurassic Park films, we are thrilled with the opportunity to finally bring LEGO dinosaurs to life for the first time in LEGO Jurassic World. Imagine playing as the ominous LEGO T. rex, roaming the grounds of Isla Nublar, smashing LEGO bricks and battling with other dinosaurs – this game is bound to bring out the kid in all of us.”

As well as the classic LEGO gameplay, you will also be able to customize and create your own dinosaur species through way of collecting Amber which contains dinosaur DNA. You will also get the chance to play as every dinosaur which has featured in the franchise to date.

LEGO Jurassic World will be available to play on Xbox 360 and One, Playstation 3 and 4, PS Vita, Wii U, 3DS, and PC.
