Major Nelson has announced via his blog the titles which Microsoft will be giving away in the month of August for their Games With Gold initiative.

First up for Xbox One owners is Metal Gear Sold V: Ground Zeroes, which you can download for free in the entire month of August if you are an Xbox Live Gold Member, just in time for the release of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain on September 1st. Then available between August 16th to September 15th, you will be able to download How To Survive: Storm Warning Edition.

For Xbox 360 owners, Metro 2033 will be free for you to download between August 1st through to the 15th. For the rest of the month you will be able to download Metro 2033’s sequel for free, Metro Last Light.

There’s still time for you to download this months offerings of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag until July 31st, and So Many Me until August 15th, for the Xbox One, and Gears of War 3 until July 31st for Xbox 360.
