Microsoft have announced which games will be available for free in September as part of their Games With Gold scheme.

For Xbox One owners, Crimson Dragon will remain as one of the free games that is available for download for next month. However the other game that has been announced as being available to download is Capybara Games Super Time Force.

Originally released in May, players are part of Military organization Super Time Force and are tasked with being sent through time to take part in different mission i.e. save the Dinosaurs from extinction. A throw back to retro shooters, players are able to reverse time and play through different parts of the level with a different character after the player has either died or voluntarily ended their run. The players previous attempt will replay and, with the help of their new character, are able to aid the previous character and potentially save them from death.

The big news for Xbox 360 owners is that the last Bungie developed Halo, Halo Reach, will be available to download free in the second half of the month. Taking place just before the events of Halo: Combat Evolved, the players control the character Noble Six, part of Noble Team, as the Covenant attacks the human home world known as Reach.

For the first half of September Xbox 360 owners will be able to download the XBLA heist game Monaco: What’s Yours Is Mine, which was originally released last year. Played from a top down perspective, players must co-operate to perform heists using various specialized thieves. The game currently holds 83 out of 100 on Metacritic.

August Games With Gold, Dishonoured on the 360 and Strike Suit Zero on the Xbox One, are still available to download for today only after which they will be replaced by the new games.
