Rockstar have finally announced a release date for GTA Online heists for the console version of the game. However the PC version of GTA V has been further delayed.
Heists for the console version of the game will be released on March 10th. However it is bad news for the Glorious PC Master Race, with the game being further delayed and now has a release date of April 14th.
The PC version of GTA V was originally slated for a January 27th release date but that was pushed back till March 24th until this new delay appeared. It is also a similar story with Heists, which were originally scheduled for release some time last spring.
Rockstar had this to say about the delay:
“Our apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and the GTA Online experience are ready to roll out on day one for PC.”
Rockstar went on to say that as a gesture of goodwill, anyone that has pre-ordered the game will receive an extra $200,000 to use in GTA Online.
