Rockstar have announced via the Newswire, that GTA V on the PC has been delayed till 24th March 2015
Originally the PC version of the game was due to come out later this month on 27th January but now Rockstar have decided to delay the release date by almost 2 months. This delay is so that the developers can work out kinks the game may have and give it a few more weeks of testing.
“Our apologies for the slight shift in the date but the game requires a few extra weeks of testing and polish to make it as good as can be. Moving a release date is never a decision we take lightly and is a choice we make only when we know it is in the best interests of the game and our fans. Thanks everyone for your understanding and we assure you these few extra weeks will be worth it when the game does arrive in March.”
Rockstar also said that the brand new Heist mode for GTA Online would be due “In the coming weeks”.
